One major touchpoint is an email marketing campaign that promoted both the report and the global events.
Organic social media was also a major channel that we targeted. I was responsible for working with designer Kimberly Mar to provide images to the Zendesk social media team and guide the narrative with top-of-the-funnel, eye-catching headlines.
CX Trends global events were also a large contributor to thee success of the campaign.
We expanded CX Trends into Q2, with new activations focused on adopting emerging capabilities. This continued the momentum from Q1 and enhanced the overall CX Trends discourse.
