The Powered by Zendesk brand campaign introduced Zendesk to customer experience team leads across SMB, Commercial, and Enterprise markets by targeting the audience directly with business benefits. The ingredients were video advertisements followed by digital advertising campaigns retargeting companies with mid-funnel messaging.

After the initial push and over 3M video views, we released a series of retargeting ads that hammered in the core values of Zendesk software.
